Refund policy
At Malediction, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Important: This product contains digital components that can be redeemed using a unique code located inside the product packaging.
Once this code is used or revealed, the product is considered opened and no longer eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, even within the 30-day window.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received;
- Include all original tags and packaging;
- Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Have its digital content code unused and unrevealed — each product includes a unique digital code inside the packaging. If this code has been used or exposed, the product is no longer eligible for return or refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@malediction.gg. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out to us before purchasing.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet the same conditions outlined above (unused, original condition, tags, packaging, and proof of purchase).
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Reminder: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
