- Calculated Shipping is based on package weight, size, destination, and shipping method, and will appear at checkout.
- Free Shipping may be available for orders that meet specific criteria. When eligible, the discount will apply automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your shipment.
Please note that tracking may take time to update, especially during carrier handovers or customs clearance.
International Customs & Duties

Delayed or Lost Packages

Incorrect Shipping Address
We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us:

Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damage immediately.
